26.2 Released

Updated the base server version to 26.2
1.21.11 will still be supported for now, but we encourage you to begin updating to 26.2 before we drop support for 1.21.11
- This way we can make use of the cool new features in the latest versions of the game
- Updates will be mentioned in changelogs when possible!
IF Modpack has been updated for 26.2 to match
We also now have an “ImagineFun for Lunar Client” modpack which gives you the benefit of our modpack while being fully compatible with Lunar Client

Bedrock

Added support for Bedrock Edition!
Available on PC / Consoles / Mobile
Still working through some of the bugs, but we have solved a lot of the outstanding ones
- Please list bugs you encounter in our dedicated Bedrock channel!
Still mind-blowing that Bedrock is stable and working alongside Java Edition

Code Rewrites

To make the 26.2 update and Bedrock happen, we rewrote large parts of the server
Rewrote all trails, toys & warpfx
- We’re aware some effects broke in the rewrite process, please report bugs of ones you are still having issues with
Also working on a rewrite of a lot of old ride effects

Server Optimizations

Working on a lot of server optimizations
Greatly improved overall TPS lag
Much smoother experience while playing daily
Less likely for large lag spikes when we are running events with more players on
- Smooth support for up to 200 players now!

Are there any plans on bringing back the Star Wars droid pets to the Magic Crate or a bundle?

Yes, we would love to bring them back, probably closer to our next May 4th event

Stage Call speakers: what was your favorite part of the summer event?

Nara: I am a big Percy Jackson nerd, so definitely the Camp Half-Blood competition. The general atmosphere of the new Percy Jackson items too. Shoutout Percy Jackson.

any chance of a selfie mode for Polaroids or being able to take a Polaroid pic of just your pet/your pet and a character?

We can add it to our backlog and see if it is possible to make happen! It’s a great idea.

would it be possible to potentially have a dvc vote return a previous esplanade that's event themed to just the dvc server or is that too difficult? i want to see these areas again in the future!!

Good question. We’re open to some sort of way of bringing back our old builds. The builders put so much time and effort in them. Not sure if we’d bring an old event area just for DVC, but we’re open to bringing back past builds in general

any updates on minigames?

Undergoing a very large rewrite for a lot of fun new changes including new maps and gamemodes

Any chance the Camp Rock 3 Album could get more songs or just a longer part of the song on there?

Yes, Nara and Depped made it before the movie came out. Now that the movie’s out, we can add them

Any way the party accept will be fixed on Bedrock like adding a /p accept?

Will fix!

Odds of getting some none Disney Halloween character themed items with a Disney/Childfriendly twist.. so maybe like a Ghost Face mask but idk, with mickey ears? Just asking to advance to know what to suggest

Do we have a development roadmap you guys can share with the community?

Not currently, we do our best to share updates when we can, would love to share one in the future. We try to share our priority list when we can, rather than a timeline

any possibility on the ludwig achievement being fixed?

That’s in our backlog. We will look into it

i know we brought back the ghosts and appearances in TOT and HM! (thank you for that team) but for an audio to bring back is can we PLEASE bring back Little Leota “saying hurryy back~” at the end of the ride when you exit?

We will see what we can do

Can we have more storage variety?

A lot of our backend updates will allow us to add more storage items in the future! Maybe. One day.

there any chance of any QUEEN songs being added to the GLEE album?

Send Nara the Glee cast versions (YouTube link) we can look into adding more to the Glee album

How does the staff team measure whether a new feature is actually successful after it launches?

Both anecdotal feedback (like in Stage Calls, chatting with players in general), and also looking at the numbers (how often people use a feature, where user falloff is, etc.)

will magic pass return?

We haven’t decided just yet what we’re going to do with it, don’t expect it until the end of 2026

I know this is VERY minor but odds of the Rick Portal getting a new portal design?

We could put this on the list for toy updates…

Any progress updates for Star tours, Soarin, Small World, MMRR?

None at the moment

would you ever consider having us be able to choose our pet names? not necessarily free fill in, but maybe like the splittable hearts where you get to choose one of six?

The way pets work at the moment, this isn’t supported. We would have to rework things in order to accommodate that. So, not in our current plans. Might look at a rewrite sometime… We hope you’re still able to trade with other players for the names that you want!

With the new minigame maps - will the map be chosen by the person who starts the game, or just rng?

Similar to the other question above, not possible currently

any updates on /ah rework that Cam talked about months ago

Still working on that! Progress being made!

Any leaks on what new minigames?

Not leaks for specific games, but we have a few new maps coming…

is there a specific date for when haunted will switch to holiday?

Around October 1

if mini games are on hold can they be removed from the 100% until fixed/rereleased?

We’ll check our timeline and see if we can adjust that, or if minigames are coming soon enough we don’t have to do this
